Green House is a very quiet place, located in a thriving residential area, away from the city bustle and pollution. It is located just 20 minutes from Valencia and 10 minutes from the Sierra Calderona mountain range. This spacious villa is spread over two completely independent floors, each with its own entrance. The ground floor constitutes the guest area, and the upper floor is the owner's occasional residence. The property is located in a residential neighborhood with all amenities, surrounded by the Valencian countryside at the foot of the Sierra Calderona mountains, very close to Valencia (25 km). The guest area consists of four bedrooms: one with four single beds and one with a double bed. Guests have two bathrooms at their disposal, one of which is located in the master bedroom.

The apartment also features a spacious, air-conditioned dining room, ideal for family gatherings when the weather does not allow for outdoor activities. The open kitchen, integrated with the dining room, offers everything you need to feel at home, including a dishwasher.

The living room is undoubtedly one of the favorite rooms, not only due to its spaciousness and large 65-inch Smart TV, but also because of the wood-burning stove in winter or the huge window overlooking the pool and terrace, where you can enjoy the sun and even organize a great barbecue with friends.

Next to the pool, there is an outdoor toilet with a shower, which provides greater convenience while spending time on the terrace. For the little ones, a huge trampoline (3m in diameter) is prepared, where they can jump and play for free for as long as they want. Under the roof, there is also a table tennis table where you can have a good time and see who is best on the court. All these amenities are for the exclusive use of guests.
